Saving the albatross

Albatrosses, our magnificent ocean giants, are among the most threatened species in the world. In 2004, 19 of the world’s 22 albatross species were at risk of extinction, largely due to bycatch in commercial fishing. By working together, conservationists, fishermen, fishery managers and scientists are finding solutions. Cleo will present an inspiring tale of conservationists and fishermen working together to save these iconic birds.
